  1. Functionality to create a new tab and then place a table on it

    Ability to create a new tab and place a table on this tab either linked to a UDT or populate via a SQL Query. There should be ability to write the data back to the UDT, update existing data or delete it.

    • Implement more printer options for P&D

      It would be very nice to have:

      - possibility to not only choose the printer but also the printer paper drawer to use
      - assign different printer/drawer combinations to different PC's (the PC name is used to filter) so they can print to the printer closest to them (and also the right drawer)

      And closely related: when more than 1 report is assigned to a window it should be possible to show a selection window to let the user choose the desired report to be printed when the print button is pressed.

      • Add and Edit Menus - Create a single TAB per module

        Crystal Reports are mostly attached in the menu with B1UP using 'Add and Edit Menus'. Sometimes this leads to a lot of lines (more then 100) in this window. To make this more user friendly we suggest a separate tab per SAP Busines One module in the 'add and edit menus configuration'

        • create a backorder system

          i cant imagine that when goods are received there is not any notification that we have an open order out for delivery. A funtion like the create document wizard should be simple to check all open orders, if something can be delivered, partial or not (if allowed) then a (universal function) or picklist should send out to the warehouse.

            Make it possible to merge letters (WORD) to more then one contactperson.

            • B1 Budget - Add Purchasing Documents

              By adding purchasing documents to the budget one will also be able to use this for basic project cost/budget reporting.

                    Ability to place Customer Price List on ORDR Screen in order to quickly change where necessary.
                    We have prospect who takes Sales Orders from Customers over phone. Customers have a Default Price List, however, if the Total of their order on that day is over a certain value, then they will qualify for that order and everything on that particular order to be priced using a better discounted Price List. At the moment they will have to go on to Form Settings, change the Price List and update the document....would like a quicker way to do this on screen.

                      I will need to check if it is technically possible (As far as I know it is not). But what you could do instead is to make buttons or your own combox and on press/change you could script opening the formsettings, set the pricelist and close again. We use this very successfully at one of our internal customers.

                    • auto open if sql result is only 1 row

                      When you enter a viriable and the result is only 1, then the screen should not collapse but show the document directly.

                      • Color difference on screen to separate special pricing from volume/time discounts

                        Change the color of text by line on the screen so you can differentiate between special pricing,volume discount pricing and time sensitive pricing. This would help CSR know to upsell if volume and advise customers when a price is time sensitive.

                        • create a Print and Delivery pop-up to select the report and delivery options

                          After saving a document a pop-up should appear with the available reports on the documents and the delivery options, a user can select more reports / options and can execute the all at once.

                            Now you can only copy from one user tot multiple, it would be a nice feature if you can also select a usergroup here.

                            • Budget - Enhance Linking of GL Accounts

                              SAP standard budget system allows GL accounts to be linked as a percentage of other GL accounts. e.g. sales commission as a % of sales. But a major limitation is that it can only be done on a 1 on 1 basis. It would be great if multiple accounts could be linked in this way. e.g. sales commission as a % of the combined total of all sales accounts. It would also be useful if the linked GL account could automatically follow the monthly distribution of the target GL account, instead of only the annual total being linked.

                                From a technical standpoint we are not able to hook ourself into the existing budget system and manipulate it (SAP does not let us) so if this should happen we should extend our B1 Budget module to include budget on GL accounts and if we do this (not planned at the moment) we will be taken this into consideration.

                              • Functionality wrapper

                                A wizzard driven solution in which you mark what B1UP functionality, which queries, what udf databases and fields are involved in a certain created functionality. After this a package is created (like Crystal B1P package) that can be deployed with new customers that will use B1UP.

                                • Add Service Call documents to the Master Data Manager

                                  A number of our customers (and our business internally) use service calls within SAP Business One. It would be great to be able to perform bulk updates to these via the Master Data Manager.

                                  On the main form the primary fields we would update are:
                                  - Call Status
                                  - Call Priority
                                  - Handled By / Queue
                                  - Technician

                                    I have no idea how involved this is so I'll just throw out the question.

                                    We have a TAPI enabled phone system so Caller ID pops up on the computer screen for incoming calls.

                                    Can Boyum accept a phone number from TAPI, do a B! search on BP's only and bring up the correct BP form?

                                    What is involved? This would be a great tool for us.

                                      new MULTISET macro command that will be similar to macro command SET($[$x.x.x]|SQL: SELECT xxx from ...) but with possibility to set more fiels with one SQL syntax.

                                      MULTISET($[$U_1.0.0];$[$U_2.0.0];$[$U_3.0.0]|SELECT A,B,C FROM xxTable where..)

                                        It is a great idea that we already have on our wishlist of thigs to do but are yet to find the resources to do it but it will come at some point :-)

                                      • Export UF along with the Validation

                                        Exporting the UF in the same XML as the validation will prevent issues when you are importing the validation onto another database.
                                        This way, when you import a validation, it would create all the UF it needed, avoiding collisions with already existing UF.

                                          We have many Business partners in which a consolidation business partner is deposited. Sometimes this consolidation business partner must be deactivated in some Sales documents.
                                          I'm looking for a solution with which I can disable the consolidation business partner.
                                          I would like to disable the consolidation business partner in the sales order and in the following documents.
                                          Currently is the only way that we delete the consolidation business partner in the business partner master data before the document is added. This we must do for every document because sap read the consolidation business partner from the business partner master data…
